Headquartered in Denmark, Topsil consists of Topsil Semiconductor Materials A/S in Frederikssund and Cemat Silicon SA, situated in Warsaw, Poland, acquired in 2008. Topsil employs around 400 people in total (2010).
Topsil has been publicly listed at the NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen since 1986. Turnover in 2010 was 456.7m compared to 423.5m in 2009.
