Announcement in accordance with articles 55 & 56 of the Danish Companies Act

Today, EDJ GRUPPEN exercised purchased and allocated preemptive rights for new shares in Topsil Semiconductor Materials A/S and is now holding nominal 63,439,811 shares corresponding to 12.21% of the share capital after the capital increase to nominal 519,450,755 shares.

EDJ GRUPPEN subscribed for a total of nominal 376,500 shares at a price of DKK 0.9000 corresponding to DKK 338,850.00.
