Based on keen customer focus, LEAN principles and defined KPI's, this concept helps us closely monitor the various SCM elements in the flow of goods. This is our base for introducing continuous improvements, eliminating waste and ensuring high performance.
In our wider supply chain, Topsil has established strategic long-term relations with key suppliers. For irradiation of NTD products, i.e., Topsil has teamed up with a dedicated network of cooperation partners around the globe. For raw material, poly silicon, Topsil has entered into long term agreements with the two major global suppliers of poly for float zone production.
Such measures all contribute to a safe supply.
