Topsil has evolved around the development and manufacture of
silicon. We co-pioneered the neutron doping technique (NTD process)
in the 1970s, and for more than half a century, we have continued
to advance and refine the properties of ultra pure silicon.
Understanding is the basis for
development
Topsil's R&D activities are based on close relations with
research institutes and universities worldwide. Such
partnerships enable us to draw on fundamental studies that are
later transformed into in-house development and wafer prototyping,
prior to volume production.
