TOPSIL ACQUIRED BY GLOBALWAFERS

Topsil Semiconductor Materials A/S has signed an agreement with GlobalWafers Co., Ltd., Taiwan, to sell its silicon business. The acquisition has been completed on July 1^st 2016, and in that connection the name of the silicon business has been changed to Topsil GlobalWafers A/S. At the same time the name of Topsil's subsidiary in Poland has been changed to Topsil Semiconductors sp z o.o.

The name of the remaining part of Topsil Semiconductor Materials A/S has been changed to Cemat A/S, who has introduced a new website: www.cemat.dk. Shareholders are referred to the new website for investor information on shareholder portal, announcements, interim reports, annual reports and general meetings.
