Lena Jespersen has been at Topsil for 40 years – a rare achievement at a time when employees spend an average of 8.4 years at a Danish workplace. Since 1985, Lena has been a central figure in the quality department, where her thoroughness, honesty and great knowledge have ensured the quality of the products. She has followed the development from handwritten control cards to modern certificates and has always had an eye for detail and the courage to speak her mind. In addition to her professional strength, Lena is also a beloved colleague who provides both Friday breakfast, cozy chats and good laughs.
