The GreenHeat project, a collaboration between AAU Energy, Topsil GlobalWafers A/S and Kallesoe Machinery A/S, with investment from Innovationsfonden Danmark, aims to develop radio frequency generators for over 100 kW with a scalable and modular design, reducing electrical energy consumption by at least 40% and only require minimal maintenance.
